You never wrote poetry… but you were a poet, a creator without matter or tools. Your canvas was your mind and your book was written in invisible ink. I read that book plenty of times and I understood each word that you would have written. Your canvas contained many worlds. I saw many of them reflected in your eyes when you were watching in wonder the beauty of Nature around us or talking about distant constellations. Yes, you were a poet and you keep making poetry on the stars… without a single word. From above your warm silence is falling in shooting stars…
Below is the video I made with an excerpt from the book A Heart Full of Stars by Álex Rovira and Francesc Miralles, Chapter 12 - A Letter From Indochine by Thich Nhat Hanh, with photography by me and David Kovalski. His photography always brings more light and a deeper meaning to the words.
Below is also the poem Perpetual Movement that I wrote about a month ago for the previous post, but then decided to post I’ll Meet You Among the Stars, the first poem I wrote for you after your departure, my brother.
PERPETUAL MOVEMENT
Across,
through and over
Carrying the
infinite universe
In your
finitude, you move
Towards the first
beginning
The perfect
complete circle is closed
In the
endless line the journey is opened
Time
engraving deep the universal seed
Carrying you
trough the seasons beyond
Now you
carry a new seed, stream of life
Planting
dreams in unknown starry fields
Behind you
left the indelible mark of love
Now you
carry the new seed of time within
Rebel, born,
move, spreading the seed
Across,
through and over
Irreplaceable
particle of the whole
Following
the perpetual movement of life...
